Hair fall  is most common in adult but nowadays it getting very common for teenagers to face this problem. There are lot of reason can cause hair fall in teenagers, but today we going to about two most common reasons of hair fall.

First reason which can cause hair fall in teenage is genes. Yes, your genetics can be a reason why you facing the hair loss. This can be possible that someone who is vary close relative of yours had faced this problem.

Second reason can cause hair fall in teenage is stress. Stress is one of the biggest reason in teenagers which can cause hair fall. The stress full life can damage hair folliciles which cause hair fall and if hair follicile gets damage it very much not possible to grow your hair back.

It is possible to stop further hair fall if it is cause by stress full life and also very much possible to regrow your hairs. First, you have to change your lifestyle which causing your fall, there are different things which causing stress like studies, a non- social life also cause stress. You should study but not focusing on your health is not good thing, try to go outside, meet your friends.

Not eating properly also can cause hair fall. In teenage our body starts to change which needs a lot of nutrients and not provide it these nutrients is nota good option. Rather than eating junk food, eat a meal with some nutrition values which can help you to regrow hair naturally.
